Margaret Mills is V.P. of Crude Oil & Equity Business Development for BHP Billiton Marketing. She has spent 18 years at BHPB and has been in the crude oil marketing business since 1979. Prior to BHPB, Margaret worked with Union Texas Petroleum and Superior. She has worked in every foreign and domestic market and on various development projects around the world. Margaret holds an M.B.A. from North Texas State University. She serves on various boards including the NMEX Crude Oil Board and the Board of Trustees for the Carl McCain Foundation, a charity supporting people with catastrophic health needs in the crude oil industry.
