Zach provides essential interview preparation, execution, and follow up skills for oil and gas professionals. Once your resume gets you the interview, this session will help close the deal. Framed around a sales mindset, we will focus on the dynamics of the interview, how to handle certain questions, how to determine if the position is right for you, and the basics of negotiation strategies. This session will be more of a facilitated discussion, rather than a lecture, and will be geared for active participation in the spirit of vicarious learning.
