Ryan manages the Americas Natural Gas Pricing team in Houston, overseeing S&P Global Platts’ daily and monthly indices for Gas Daily and Inside FERC Gas Market Report. His role also includes driving development of natural gas pricing and market engagement in Mexico & Brazil. Ryan previously worked as a researcher at the Center for a New American Security think tank in Washington, D.C., conducting research and developing recommendations to help strengthen US energy policy. A native of Long Island, he has a Bachelor’s in History from Loyola University Maryland and Master’s in Global Affairs and Energy Security from New York University.
