March 15, 2005

Description

The feature presentation at our March 15 meeting will address a common and very significant challenge that many enterprises face. That challenge is the continuous alignment and integration of the various strategies that exist across the organization, with the operational realities of execution, risk management, governance and control. It will show the need for enterprise architecture modeling and design tool that can be used to engineer the enterprise environment consisting of organization design, business process streams, business processes, business assets, information systems, data, applications, and infrastructure, providing an integrated enterprise architecture framework, that is complemented by a process and an extensive meta model for enterprise architecture

This model has to incorporate a process and a framework for linking strategy to execution, and support enterprise knowledge management, aiding in the process of gathering and managing information that is typically associated with the strategy and tactical execution plans of an organization.
