“A Quick Primer of Oilfield Fluid Waste Management in Upstream Operations” will discuss the wastes produced in the three major stages of oil and gas exploration and production.  The regulations will generally focus on State of Texas regulations.  It is designed for non-engineers or engineers with less than five-years’ experience.
