Associate Director – Customer Care Advisors & Client Services Dennis Earl provides training and Tier 3 support to IHS Markit clients in the Americas (and, as needed supports EMEA & APAC). With more than 32 years of industry experience, he offers valued after-sale service for customers and can readily address day-to-day issues, including onsite support when required. Previously, he was system analyst at Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. for 13 years, where he supported various geoscience and engineering applications. Dennis gained 18 years of operator experience when he was with ConVest Energy Corp, Templeton Energy and North American Royalties Corp., as well as Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology at Morehead State University, US.
