Sept. 22, 2004

Description

When faced with a decision-making scenario, the mind goes thorough two steps: It Instantaneously, identifies all available options, and then decides on the most appropriate one.

The best solution is only as good as your best option.  Having the best decision-making tools/techniques is of no value, unless we can provide it with good solutions.  By the same token, having great ideas is of little value, if you are unable to identify the optimum solution.
