Brian Hogan brings almost 20 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry to his current role as Project Manager for Noble Energy’s Leviathan Development. Prior to this role, he served as Onshore Manager for Noble Energy’s Tamar Development, which currently supplies 60 percent of Israel’s power generation. His responsibilities on Tamar included oversight of expansion of the Ashdod Onshore Terminal. Brian also managed the Tamar Compression Project, which further expanded the Ashdod Terminal capacity following the start-up of Tamar.  Previously, he served as Project Manager for Noble Energy’s Aphrodite Development located offshore Cyprus in the Eastern Mediterranean.
