The SPE Global PetroBowl Workgroup will be hosting a PetroBowl Question-Writing Session on January 10, 2015 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.  A continental breakfast and a box lunch will be included, as well as some special SPE-GCS goodies.

Be ready with plenty of ideas for good PetroBowl questions!

If you prefer, you can come for only a few hours!  

If you are a morning person, you might choose to attend from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm & you will be able to join us for lunch. 

If you would rather join us in the afternoon, you might choose to attend from 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm & you will be able to join us for lunch.

We really need your expertise and guidance to prepare the best PetroBowl Questions for our SPE Student Members worldwide!

We are sorry; no students will be allowed to participate in this session.

AGENDA:

8:30 am – 9:00 am: Overview of the session, details of categories and sample questions.

9:00 am – 12 noon: Break-out session 1 to write questions.

12 noon – 12:30 pm: Lunch

12:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Break-out session 2 to write questions.

3:30 pm: Adjourn

Please note:

• Participants are requested to bring their laptops for writing questions. A template for writing questions will be provided at the time of registration.
• Participants can choose to bring their books and other reference material that they want to use for question writing. Additional books / reference material will also be provided by SPE. 
• Participants can choose to bring any set of questions that they already have to the session. Such questions can be directly submitted to the PetroBowl Question bank.
• Pens / paper and other stationery will be provided by SPE.
