Kenneth E. Arnold, P.E. has been selected as the 2003 Houston Area “Engineer of the Year”. He was nominated by SPE-GCS and the selection was made by representatives of various Houston engineering organizations, based on Arnold’s outstanding educational, professional, technical, civic, and humanitarian achievements and contributions. He will be honored during the nationwide celebration of Engineers Week and at a formal presentation banquet on Friday, February 21, 2003, to be held at the Doubletree Hotel on Post Oak.
