Jonathan Henson is the Director, QM/HSE for Maersk Drilling USA.  As the Director, QM/HSE, Jonathan is responsible for providing professional advice to the CEO and Rig Manager on HSSE issues and support the line Organization.  He has established procedures to ensure that QM/HSE performance parameters are monitored, data analyzed, trends and conclusions reported to local management.  Jonathan has ensured that the relevant requirements of the Safety Management System within MD USA are implemented to client and US Government requirements (SEMS). Acts as the management representative in relation to the implementation, maintenance and review of Maersk Drilling US, Environmental Management System.
