E&P Business Strategies in the New Commodity World
November’s meeting will provide insights into selection of the right capital provider for your business, negotiation and maintenance of a relationship that manages risk for both parties, and utilization of the strengths of  both the E&P company and funding partner.  Discussion will include use of an effective capital structure to provide growth potential, while keeping the proper balance of private equity, non-recourse, and secured financing.  The role and timing of an effective exit-strategy for investors will be reviewed.

We welcome you to join us for this informative discussion, as well as the
fellowship and networking of the popular Social Hour at 5:30 pm.  We hope you’ll find a variety of successful techniques for structuring and funding your business, and position your firm financially for profitable growth.
