The Society of Petroleum Engineers – Gulf Coast Section (SPE-GCS) recognizes Jennifer Bell as its Young Engineer of the Year for 2003. She will be honored during the nationwide celebration of Engineers Week and at a formal presentation banquet on Monday, February 17, 2003, to be held at the H.E.S.S. Club (5430 Westheimer).
