Alan is the President and CEO of Rockcliff Energy.  He began his career in the East Texas Field in 1986 and after multiple stops at larger E&P companies, he followed his entrepreneurial spirit and founded Chalker Energy Partners in 2003.  Over the past 14 years, he has founded or led six companies to successful outcomes for his investors.

Tim Parker joined Encino in 2016 and serves as its CTO.  Prior to Encino, Parker held several senior roles at oil and gas companies including CEO of Ardent Exploration, CEO of HighMount E&P, Senior VP, E&P at Dominion and EVP-Exploration, President-International and other positions at Santa Fe Snyder. He holds B.S. and M.S. geology degrees from Stanford University.

Brian Wilbanks is the SVP, A&D for Hilcorp Energy. He has over 18 years of industry experience, and prior to Hilcorp, Wilbanks was with Goldman Sachs, Netherland Sewell & Associates, SM Energy, and Burlington Resources/ConocoPhillips. Wilbanks holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas.
