SPE GCS: Continuing Education Tutorial: Gas Lift

Sandip Melkaveri is a Technical Internal Sales Rep. at Flowco Production Solutions in Houston. In that role, he provides technical support in the realm of gas lift analysis, design and evaluation. Sandip began his oil and gas career as a Mudlogger on drilling rigs in East Texas. Subsequently, for more than 11 years, he worked as a Production Engineer at Schlumberger and Weatherford. Sandip holds a MS degree in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University.

Mark Laine is the Director of Gas Lift Operations for Flowco Production Solutions. In this role, he interfaces with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure quality service, products, solutions, and the technical advancement of the product line. During his 39 years in the Gas-Lift industry, Mark has worked throughout the U.S., Canada, and West Africa. Mark is a 1979 graduate of Texas A&M University, holding a B.S. Degree in Industrial Distribution.
