Associate Director of Customer Care Advisors, IHS Markit

As an instructor and technical expert for IHS Markit in production data analysis, James Ewert administers RTA courses for a wide range of clients, provides advanced technical support, and coordinates research and workflow development. He joined the company as part of the 2013 acquisition of Fekete Associates. Previously he had been oil and gas operations officer for the Yukon Territorial Government ensuring fulfillment of facility and reservoir engineering functions mandated by the Yukon Oil and Gas Act. James earned his B.Eng. from Carleton University, Canada, and his M.Eng in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M, US.

Adedapo Ajibade is a software trainer who focuses on the Kingdom software applications. He also teaches Harmony (DeclinePlus/Forecast) applications and has prior experience teaching Petra. He has been in Customer Solutions since he joined the company 2008, and he can provide mentoring and technical support to IHS Markit clients. Adedapo earned a Master of Science in Geology at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, US, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology at Federal University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.
