Mr. Eads is currently an advisor to energy services and private equity firms, an active investor in several early stage technology companies, a Director of NYSE NOW, Inc. (Chair, Audit Committee), a Director on two non-profit boards, Sam Houston Area Council Boy Scouts of America, and Boys and Girls Country. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Tri-Cities National Association of Corporate Directors and is a NACD Board Governance Fellow. He was with Exxon for 20 years providing engineering, business planning, and operations management of E&P activities worldwide. Following his Exxon service, he served as an executive officer with two major energy service companies, Diamond Offshore Drilling Company where he served as Senior VP, and Pride International where he served as Executive VP and COO He served 10 years on the API’s Executive Committee for Drilling and Production. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Rice University

 Dr. Michael Pavia has been in the biotech/pharmaceutical an energy sectors for 30 years. he is the current CTO of New AERO Technology. He most recetly served as Chief Technology Officer of Glori Energy, a company focused on using microbiology to increase oil production from existing wells. he is also a member of the board of directors of Azevan Pharmaceutials, an expert witness in intellectual property litigation cases, and served seven years Biotechnology center.

He holds a B.S. in Chmsitry from Lehigh University and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.

Previously, Dr. Pavia was Enterppreneur-in-Residence with the venture capital firm Oxford Bioscience Partners, focused on applying novel biology and chemistry to life science and energy solutions.
