Jeff is a registered Professional Engineer in California and Colorado, earning his B.S. in Civil Engineering at Case Western Reserve University in 1978. Throughout his career Jeff has been involved with many treatment, transportation, and disposal projects including:
• Design Manager for design-build delivery of frack water facilities at multiple locations in the Eagle Ford, Niobrara, and Rocky Mountain areas. Solutions included truck unloading facilities, treatment, and disposal.
• Has engineered industrial and municipal water treatment plants ranging in size from 100 gpm to 2 million bpd.
• Quality Control Reviewer for design-build raw water purification project for industrial client in Freeport, TX. Project includes raw water pumping, high rate clarifier, pre-filters, ultra filtration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, degasification, with associated tank farm, pumping, and chemical off load, storage and feed. Facility is being constructed to meet industrial and hazardous materials design codes, including blast proofing.
• Quality control engineer for a 10,000 ton concentrated sulfuric acid storage and transportation project for a mining client in Arizona. Project included an acid storage tank, interconnecting piping and pumps, and a 3-mile, 500-psi acid transfer pipeline with stainless steel carrier pipe and HDPE containment.
