The Career Advancement Network (formerly MiT - Members in Transition) goup is dedicated to promote, inform, and enable our diverse and experienced energy sector talent from SPE-GCS and other industry supportiung organizations to connect and network with employers withing and outside of the Energy Sector, with the goal of sustained employment or other work for our membership.

The SPE Career Advancement Network (Formerly Members in Transition) Seminar Series is designed to include a selection of topics of interest to SPE members who are transitioning between jobs, are looking for new career opportunities, or guidance on the state of the industry and those looking to take advantage of our diverse and experienced talent pool.
Seminares are currently held once per qusrter, with two of the events held in conjunction with our twice yearsly Energy Professionals Hiring Event.

SPE-GCS is proud to announce the addition of the SPE-GCS Veterans Program. The Veterans program is designed to help Veterans obtain a basic understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, provide assistance with resume building, interview preparation and creating direct connectivity to potential employers. The SPE-GCS Veterans Program is composed of military service officers and Oil & Gas professionals.
