Biography
Carlos is an Oil & Gas business professional; currently in a leading role with Royal Oaks Energy Services, providing technical and business consulting in well intervention and production enhancement and also is an advisor on business development and market intel to manufacturers, service companies, start ups and investment firms. Previously he worked with Schlumberger holding technical, operations and management roles in different regions around the world, and later as Director of Sales and BD for Gulfstream Services. Carlos has been an SPE member since 2002, and became first active volunteering with the SPE at the Delta Section in New Orleans, between 2009 and 2015, where he assumed the positions of Young Professional Vice Chair and Chair, Delta Section Board Programs Vice Chair and Chair and lastly Delta Section Vice Chair. He graduated as a B.A. Sc. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas, Venezuela.
