EDUCATION:  Cypress Fair High School - 1990 Texas A&M University, BS in Petroleum Engineering

My favorite college memories are the hours & hours we spent in the SPE lounge, doing homework. I was a production engineer for only 2 years. I was in IT for 9 years. I have worked for our energy trading group for 9 years. Without the scholarship, I probably wouldn't be in the Oil & Gas industry. I've worked with the same company for 23 years and have had the opportunity to do many different jobs. My advice to students is that if you have the opportunity, work with the larger companies; your job opportunities are extremely varied and will allow you to discover exactly what you want from your career.
