Then the offer letter(s) comes with all the details. You start to wonder, “How do I read the offer letter?” “What does it say?” “What factors do I need to consider when making my decision?” “Should I negotiate?” In this session, we will take you on a deep dive of the components of an offer letter, what to consider when making your decision to accept/decline, and how to negotiate your offer. Students will leave this session more confident in their ability to understand offer letters and how to make the best decision regarding a job offer.
