Business Development - Cash & Carry - Private Equity Financing

For the March Program, the panelists will discuss how they assess and provide private equity capital to small to mid size independent companies. What are the keys to accessing the private capital market? What are the essential components of the management team’s track record and portfolio of assets? Will deal flow improve over the next 18 months? The panelists will likely provide an example of a unique financing that they have participated in recently. Please be prepared to ask questions of our panel in the Q&A session.
